What happened

I ordered a Realme P3 Pro 5G Back Cover from the website SirPhire on July 10, 2026, and made an upfront payment of ₹299 via UPI. It has been 6 days now, and I have not received my product. The order tracking page is stuck on 'Pickup Exception'.
When I reached out to them, they promised me that the issue would be resolved and the order would be delivered by the evening. However, after that false assurance, they completely stopped responding.
Calling Support: Their official calling number is unreachable and doesn't connect.
WhatsApp Support: They do not reply to any messages on WhatsApp.
Email Support: They are completely ignoring my emails and have provided no response.
This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. I strictly demand a full refund of my ₹299 immediately, as they have failed to deliver the product and have completely cut off all communication."
