What happened

Surya says he booked a New Delhi to Ayodhya flight through MakeMyTrip for ₹4,064, and that after Akasa Air cancelled it his refund came to ₹3,431, with ₹633 deducted. He has asked MakeMyTrip to explain the deduction and refund the full amount.
