Ordered One Wireless Headphone from Amazon, They Delivered an Used Product
The ask
If the replacement product is lost during transit, Amazon should be liable and arrange a replacement for the same again!
I had ordered one wireless headphone from Amazon. Product name was: Soundcore Liberty 4NC. Recieved the Product within 2 days. When I opened the package, it was like, a cello tape was layered above the original seal. Upon opening, I found it was, like, an used product. Used marks on ear tips. While pairing, another person name came out. It was disgusting, tbh. Then, I reached out to Amazon. They have assured they will do the replacement of the same. The response was prompt, but, when the replacement order is supposed to be delivered to me, it got stucked in their final delivery station for several days. Upon contacting them, they said, the package lost during transit. It was pathetic of them. They said, now, they can only provide a return. Which was unfair. I got the headphone for ₹6,999 during a sale. Now, the price has gone up by, ₹1,000. Though the product was used, the headphone sounded good, because of the quality. After an internal assessment, I thought of keeping it. Using it now for over a year. No problem, whatsoever with the product. But, was disappointed at first place to use an used product.
