The ask
Strict on-ground enforcement by TTEs and RPF of the existing railway rules banning loud music without earphones. Immediate penalties for passengers creating a public nuisance, blocking aisles, or invading the personal space of others in reserved coaches. A few number of general coaches increment in each long route trains
I booked a premium 3rd AC ticket on the Rajdhani Express expecting a peaceful journey. Instead, a large group of passengers turned the coach into a loud party, playing music on speakers and dancing in the aisles, even invading my personal space. There was zero intervention from the TTE or railway staff to maintain decorum. 3rd AC coaches are slowly turning into chaotic general compartments because basic civic sense and railway rules are no longer being enforced. Passengers paying premium fares for peace and comfort are instead being forced to endure noise and public nuisance in a locked, shared space.
