Stop train food overcharging and protect passengers who report vendors.

I was traveling by train and ordered a meal with an actual MRP of ₹80. The vendor demanded ₹140 and completely refused to provide a bill. I called 139 and filed a complaint on RailMadad. Shortly after, the vendor returned to my seat, aggressively telling me he had been fined ₹5,000 and trying to bribe me with free food to withdraw the complaint. When I stood my ground, other vendors from the train started gathering around and arguing with me. IRCTC’s complaint system works to fine the vendor, but it leaves the passenger completely exposed to intimidation and harassment by the pantry staff inside a moving train. Passengers should not feel unsafe for refusing to be scammed.
