A policy change to stop the automatic denial of replacements when clear evidence of warehouse-side damage or poor storage is provided.
I ordered a premium imported product from Nykaa, expecting the high-end quality and hygiene standards the brand is known for. Instead, the product arrived in a stinking, unhygienic condition, making it completely unusable. It is clear that the dark stores or warehouses used for this inventory are not being maintained to basic sanitary standards. Despite providing proof of the damaged and foul-smelling product, Nykaa support has repeatedly refused to offer a replacement or a refund. Customers pay a premium for imported goods not just for the name, but for the assurance of quality handling—an assurance Nykaa has failed to uphold.
