Process an immediate full refund of ₹482 for the damaged order.

I ordered a thali worth ₹482 on Zomato. When the delivery arrived, the dal and curry had leaked everywhere inside the bag, soaking the rotis and rendering the entire meal completely inedible. I immediately contacted Zomato customer support and provided clear photographic evidence of the spilled, ruined food. Despite having visual proof that the order was damaged beyond consumption, support simply refused to provide any refund or proper resolution. Customers pay extra for convenience, packaging, and service fees, but when the delivery goes wrong, Zomato forces the customer to bear the financial loss. Food delivery should not be a gamble where you lose both your money and your dinner.
