Implement a transparent, instant refund policy for orders where customers provide clear photographic evidence of severely spilled or inedible food.
My family ordered food worth ₹1100 on Zomato at 11:30 PM after returning tired from the hospital. When the order arrived, it was completely ruined. The Butter Chicken and Paneer Masala containers were leaking everywhere, the Raita was upside down, and the Butter Naan was entirely soaked in gravy. Not a single item was edible. After spending ₹1100, all four of us had to sleep hungry. Customers pay extra for packaging and delivery, but are frequently handed completely destroyed meals due to cheap containers and careless handling. We are left to bear the financial loss and the frustration of going hungry after a long day.
