What you can do
- Ask HR in writing for your full and final settlement with a breakup: salary, leave encashment, bonus and deductions.
- Under the Code on Wages, wages due must be paid within two working days of resignation, dismissal or retrenchment.
- If it still isn't paid, file a complaint on SAMADHAN or with your state labour department.
- Post it here, anonymously. Others can say “same here”, and PetitionFox emails it to the company and asks for a public answer.
