What you can do
- Ask HR in writing (email) for the date your salary will be paid, and keep your payslips and bank statements.
- Under the Code on Wages, in force since 21 November 2025, monthly wages must be paid by the 7th of the following month. Once that date passes, send a written reminder.
- File a complaint on the Ministry of Labour's SAMADHAN portal or with your state labour department.
- Post it here, anonymously. Others can say “same here”, and PetitionFox emails it to the company and asks for a public answer.
