What you can do
- Complain in writing to your company's Internal Committee (every workplace with 10 or more employees must have one) within three months of the incident.
- Smaller workplaces: the district's Local Committee. You can also file on SHe-Box.
- The committee must complete its inquiry within 90 days of the complaint.
- Post it here, anonymously. Others can say “same here”, and PetitionFox emails it to the company and asks for a public answer.
